Dr. Budi Santoso

Dr. Budi Santoso handles general and family dentistry at Saka Dental Studio. He graduated from Universitas Indonesia and has nine years of experience in routine care: examinations, hygiene and cleaning, fillings, and root canal treatment for both adults and children.

Much of his work is with Canggu’s resident and expat community, where continuity matters: knowing a family’s history, explaining what is and is not needed, and keeping preventive care on track with six-monthly checkups. He is calm with anxious and younger patients, and takes time to walk through options before starting.

Dr. Budi has completed continuing-education programmes in endodontics and a paediatric dentistry workshop, and is a member of PDGI. He treats root canal therapy as a routine, well-managed procedure and focuses on clear communication about pain management and aftercare so patients know what to expect.
